Music has always been an important part of my life. Like many people I’ve talked to, I am fascinated with our ability to associate songs and albums with specific times and places. I’m obsessed with music history, and tracing the lineage of genres to older groups and sounds and seeing how everything we listen to today is a conglomeration of different puzzle pieces from other people’s minds.

Content-wise, this blog will mostly contain full album reviews and my ratings. I’m open to all genres of music, but I can foresee myself focusing primarily on metal and rock related material in this blog.
